Deep, saturated red. Seductively perfumed aromas of red and dark berries, fresh rose, vanillin oak and baking spices. Fleshy black raspberry and cherry flavors offer good depth and are enlivened by zesty minerality. Finishes sappy and persistent, with a note of primary berry skin. I'd hold off on opening this for a couple of years.
